Take down and re-hang (including curtain dressing) - we will pin and take down the curtains. Please ensure you have any Allan keys needed to loosen the pole or track. Once the alteration is complete we will re-hang the curtains and dress them.
£15 per pair, (discounts for multiple pairs).

Terms & Conditions
- Clean or Washed - Items must be pre-washed, dry cleaned or new. They must be in a clean condition.
- Shrinkage - We advise you to follow the care instructions on your new soft furnishings and we recommend you wash them for shrinkage before altering. Please contact us for advice on washing homeware (curtains, cushion covers etc.) BEFORE washing, as some of these items can only be dry-cleaned.
- Unclaimed Items - Not Paid, Paid & Unclaimed items - Items not collected within two months of the completion date will be donated to charity.
- Cutting or Sewing - Customer agrees that we will alter the items by cutting and sewing as appropriate. Off cuts will be recycled unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
- Pinning and Measurement - Items will be altered exactly as pinned by the client. We will happily pin for you, free of charge. We will only take down/re-hang curtains if this service has been requested before we visit the property. Once the item is finished it may not be possible to rectify the length if it not correct. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for any further alteration incurred.
- Refunds - If you are not happy with the price quoted you must discuss it before signing the alteration form. We do not negotiate our prices once work has been started and/or completed (even if work has not been completed in time for any reason).
- Payment - All alterations must be paid for before work has commenced. For made to measure or bespoke items we may agree a payment schedule. This will be confirmed in writing and is binding between the parties.
- Take down and re-hang service (including curtain dressing) - This service must be rebooked to allow us to arrange suitable ladders etc. The customer must allow the correct and sage use of ladders and other equipment to help us meet our Health & Safety and Insurance requirements. Failure to do so will lead to the service and/or alternation being cancelled.
